1+ years of inbound/outbound phone sales experience, account manager or relevant role

? Thorough knowledge of Outlook and a general knowledge of Excel and Word
? Overall knowledge of Adobe and CRM products is a plus
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
? Contact clients via phone to generate continual placements from our established communities.
? Build and maintain client’s trust and create a strong relationship by providing timely, accurate
and superior service.
? Uphold Hunter Warfield’s brand image when speaking with clients.
? Establish and maintain good working relationships with internal departments. Build trust and
confidence with those involved.
? Utilize a client relationship management (CRM) tool to manage and monitor workload as well as
accurately record all correspondence in CRM.
? Main point of any escalated issues Perhaps: Discuss and correct communication issues with
existing clients.
? Facilitate trainings and onboarding of new clients


Responsible for managing our client relationships, as well as developing new business from those existing clients. The Account Manager is responsible
for achieving a set amount of calls daily that result in a 40%+ conversation return. The phone calls would include, but is not limited to, trainings, technical
conversations regarding their account placement methods, analysis of current accounts through use of reports, current industry topics, and building
rapport to strengthen our relationship. This position relies heavily on meeting monthly goals while enhancing the client experience to ensure
continued business.

Offer
$.766.00 base salary+ $34.00 de bonus of law + $500 productivity bonus
