You have the ability to analyze the origin of the problems and based on the facts propose practical solutions.
You are creative generating reports describing the problem and the different metrics analyzed
At the Support GIS Team you will work with:
Guiding our users get the desired results of the platform
Being part of the QA/QC team with DEV, to identify bug's before going live
Being the intermediary between the clients point of view of the problem and the dev team technical language.
Providing active feedback of common bug's reported
