We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Airbnb Administrator to manage day-to-day operations of our rental properties. This is a remote, contract, part-time role ideal for someone with prior experience managing Airbnb listings or similar short-term rental platforms.
Key Responsibilities
-- Manage and update Airbnb listings with accurate information and photos
-- Handle all guest communications in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
-- Coordinate check-in and check-out schedules with guests and cleaners
-- Ensure housekeeping services are properly scheduled and monitored
-- Monitor reviews and guest feedback, responding appropriately
-- Manage calendar availability, pricing updates, and promotions
-- Troubleshoot guest issues and escalate when necessary
Requirements
-- A residence in Guatemala
-- Proven experience managing Airbnb or similar short-term rental properties
-- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
-- Strong communication and customer service skills
-- Highly organized and detail-oriented
-- Comfortable using platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, etc.
-- Proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
-- Access to a stable internet connection and a quiet working environment
-- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new tools or booking platforms
-- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings
Preferred Qualifications
-- Experience working with cleaning or maintenance vendors
-- Familiarity with smart locks or remote check-in systems
-- Background in hospitality, property management, or virtual assistance
-- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
