Job Description – QC Top Samples Coordinator.
This Coordinator will coordinate all the quality stages, auditing and documentation, on the Top Samples process, to ensure that all stages previous and during the beginning of the production process met customer requirements.
• Understand and follow customer policies and requirements. Knowledge and translation of manuals and customer specifications
• Technical revision to the pre-production process to ensure the customer requirements be achieved
• Verify shrinkage / shade process and results
• Coordinate the TOP technicians jobs
• Audit patterns and cut parts (measurements) during the cutting and previous sewing process.
• Audit the sewing line mechanic conditions, proper attachments, tension, adjustments, correct needle size and specifications, SPI and required threads.
• Operations certifications not only for the TOP Samples (that will be produced at the beginning of the sewing process) but for the entire production process.
• Audit all TOP samples against approved spec from customer (construction and measurements)
• Audit all TOP samples against standards and shade bands (wash / finish)
• Fitting audit for all TOP samples
• Inform proper and timely all findings in the cutting and sewing production stages to do the adjustments in the current production process to minimize any high impact in the quality. Cross-departmental collaboration to correct them for the next production and ensure that requested changes are made.
• Avoid that any TOP sample leaves the factory if it doesn’t meet customer requirements
• Interaction with trims quality department to ensure that all accessories have the required behavior / performance.

• Sewing knowledge
• Experience dealing with US customers
• Knowledge of denim washing & processing
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in fast paced environment
• Strong organizational skills & schedule availability
• Leadership & personnel management
